The time is drawing near for Linda and me to leave for Norway, this Wednesday.  I am thinking of sending out a picture per day (or more) via Email, which will save time.  If given the time, I will post them on the blog as well.

Linda's sister, Tina, should be visiting us after we return.  She comes about once per year and it is good to have here and we look forward to having her.

The following picture was taken in 2010.  That is her on the right... no left.  Yes, that is it, the left.

The picture was taken at Babyland Hospital in Cleveland, GA.

Who wudda thunk it???

There is a United States Pizza team!  USPT for short.

Guess What?  They even have competitions.  The person in the photo belongs to the team and we had the privileged to be standing next to his mother, who was very informative.  Her son is going to Italy for a very big event with the team.

Based on the current events that have been added to the Olympics, this could be the next.

The action took place in front of Mellow Mushroom in Cartersville, GA

On days like this, it is easy to sit and reflect.

I think that most would find themselves reflecting on good things, however and unfortunately, there are some that can only reflect and think of the bad things.

The apostle Paul wrote in Philippians 4:8; "Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things."

This surely beats the alternative!

The big Red-Headed Woodpecker, that comes around often was here this morning and the past few days we have had a new visitor; an Indigo Bunting.  No pictures of either, but I did get this Northern Mockingbird this afternoon.

If you  notice the damage and distortions to the bird feeder, it is because of the marbles that I shoot from a slingshot at the miserable squirrels.  The squirrel is still alive...
